Established in 2013, CNW Capital Service has been dedicated to China related cross-border investment and partnering activities. Headquartered in London but with strong presence in key Chinese financial centres such as Shanghai, Shenzhen and Beijing, we have provided advisory services to both European and Chinese asset managers, financial institutions and industrial players. We have also acted as an investor, especially in technology start-ups.

Close partnership in China

One particular strength we have developed over the years is our close partnership with leading PE/VC houses in China who are increasingly participating in international transactions. Many of them have become our co-investors in the deals that we have participated in.
